Psychotherapy, life counselling, introspection, understanding yourself and others better is primary my approach to restoring your emotional health.
Helping you fully discover your inner resources and gifts together, which can be activated and/or strengthened, if necessary, is the focus and paves the way for your therapy. Thought hygiene, such as negative, anchored beliefs that resonate mostly from childhood, are your vehicle. The development of your self-esteem, self-acknowledgement and self-love represents your inner sense of self which is linked to the interior design of your vehicle and empowers you to set boundaries in life lovingly and then inspires and encourages you to fully live your needs and desires. The power and energy to move freely, contentedly, and peacefully through life symbolises the connection between your mind and your heart. You will learn to integrate both actors, giving you a wise intuition, which in turn is your navigation device in life, aiming you towards your goals, visions and desires.

Releasing inner conflicts, limitations, beliefs, and traumas such as abuse, anxiety disorders, phobias, shocks, eating disorders, addiction, relationship and attachment fears, grief and loss fears, personality disorders, self-harm, anger and aggression management, Burnout, psychosomatic complains, mood swings, depression are some of the focal points of my therapeutic work.

A psychotherapy session lasts 60 - 75 min. and will be charged at AED 600.- / USD 160.- / CHF 150.- / EUR 145.- / GBP 120.-

My invoices can be reimbursed by the health insurance companies in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and in Switzerland.
